Bye Bye Boutique Bar Barcelona

Dear friends and colleagues time has come to leave the amazing stage of the Boutique Bar, with the sadness of leaving this wonderful creature, born through hard work, humbleness, passion and discipline, but at the same time without taking ourselves too seriously (I believe that was, until now, the best kept secret).

A creature that in only 2 years has become a reference point and an ispiration for bartenders all over the world and also left a great legacy to our Spanish colleagues.

The sinergy and inspiration shared with the great Giuseppe Santamaria , an amazing bartender and a sincere friend, and the faith of a fabulous team that has made all this possible (Graziano Mansueto and Alessandro Strocchia ) is what has for 2 years filled my heart with joy.

I would do it all over again, every single step, every single breath, every single drink and hosted every single guest that came from all over the world to share their precious time with us!
